Works with handled stations in ensuring the proper administration of activities related to the compliance of Company standards. 2. Ensures the proper management of activities related to the operations of handled stations. 3. Ensures high quality of customer service in the stations. 4. Ensures the profitability and continuous growth of all handled stations through the proper management and implementation of activities related to station operations. Success in this role will require you to fulfill the following responsibilities: 1. Compliance to Company Standards 1.1. Ensures that standard operational policies and procedures are followed such as, but not limited to: a. Customer service b. Station cleanliness and maintenance c. Station equipment maintenance d. Inventory management e. Marketing programs 2. Conducts regular operations audits in handled stations to ensure their compliance to SEAOIL's procedures, policies and guidelines. 3. Compliance to National and Local Government permits and reports such as, but not limited to: a. Business permit b. BIR Compliance c. Department of Energy - Certificate of compliance d. DENR - Submission of SMR, CMR, PCO accreditation e. Permit to Operate f. LLDA g. Discharge permit h. Hazardous waste generator i. Environmental clearance j. Locational clearance 4. Client Relationship Management 4.1. Acts as an intermediary between handled stations and SEAOIL departments to address concerns. 4.2. Coordinates with franchisees on matters related to the Franchise Agreement and the company's policies and procedures. 5. Personnel Management 5.1. Supervises performance of all handled station managers. 5.2. Trains all station managers on standard station operations, customer service, and marketing programs. 6. Station Profitability 6.1. Monitors and analyzes station's profitability to include Sales, Opex and working capital (for dealer-operated stations). 6.2. Coordinates with the Retail Sales Team, if needed. 7. Performs other tasks necessary to ensure the proper operation of handled stations 8. .Others 8.1. Will provide assistance to the Franchise Conversion - Mindanao team in terms of gathering of documents related to conversion of sites. Preferred Qualifications for the Role: Graduate of any 4-year course With driver's license WIth at least 1.5 to 2 years of experience in sales and/or retails operations Critical Expertise/Skills: Negotiation skills, Selling skills, People management skills, Driving skills, Must be proficient in the use of MS Office and/or Open Office, Time management skills Preferably with background in retail Realistic Job Preview: (1) Frequent travelling (2) May require working on extended hours, even on weekends and holidays, as needed (3) Role is field-based Reporting Office: SeaoilDipolog Satellite Office Areas to cover: Dipolog Expectations from Candidates: Candidates who are invited for HR screening will need to undergo and pass an online exam and/or technical exam, and accomplish HR documents, personality tests, and essay exams before proceeding to the HR interview. Candidates who pass the HR interview would then need to submit soft copies of their available pre-employment requirements, such as the Transcript of Records, Diploma, and NBI clearance. In the event candidates are hired, they would be required to submit hard copies of all the pre-employment requirements and pass the medical exam and background check before onboarding.
