Job Description
Working with cash registers and processing payments
Cleaning and restocking the store throughout the day, before opening and after closing
Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
Qualifications:
A minimum of 2 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be at least a high school graduate.
Customer Services TESDA NCII or Trade Test Certificates is a MUST!
Keen on the delivery of quality Customer Service, serving & assisting customers in with completing their purchases
Ensures the smooth running and proper maintenance of the sales floor, under the supervision of a Shop Manager.
Must be able to answer customer questions about products or services and providing recommendations based on customer needs.
Ensures that shelves are properly stocked and the rotation of merchandise
Knowledgeable in merchandise promotions, advertisements and product information
