RETAIL SALES COORDINATOR
 
JOB SUMMARY
 
Responsible for the attainment of sales target of assigned concession stores through effective management of manpower, inventory, merchandise and operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Monitors the weekly sales achievement of assigned stores to ensure that sales accomplishment for the month
Prepares and effectively analyzes Sales reports of assigned stores, assesses feedback and understands sales trend to recommend solutions
Ensures that stores have enough efficient sales personnel by constantly coordinating with SA-HRs
Ensures that assigned stores have accurate inventory by analyzing product performance and establishes right merchandise mix per store
Conducts weekly office day with Sales Promos
Performs other related tasks as instructed by immediate head
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's/College in Business Administration, Management or Accountancy
With a least 2 years related experience in retail, sales or operations
With knowledge in Concession Procedures and Operations, Inventory and Merchandise Management, Sales Order Processing and Pull-out
Proficient with English and Filipino in both oral and written
Must have strong administrative, time management and interpersonal skills
