Responsibilities:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Assess customers needs and provide assistance and information of product features
Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries
Follow and achieve departments sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and year basis
Maintain in-stock and presentable condition of their assigned areas
Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options
Accepting and processing orders, operate the POS register and resolve exchange or return items
Recommending related products to increase customers options and enrich the shopping experience
Explain the benefits and functions of products, method of preparation and how to use them to achieve best results
Promoting special sales, offers and awareness of store loyalty program
Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service
Comply with inventory control procedures
Build productive trust relationships with customer
