Retail Operations Manager
The Retail Operations Manager is responsible to enhance existing business operations and develop market opportunities by bringing the company's product and services at the forefront and formulating strategies in improving the overall store operational efficiency, sales growth, merchandise standards and customer satisfaction.
Job Description:
· Formulate sales plan and targets concerning all applicable territories
· Develops and implements tactical and strategic plans and actions to achieve sales objective
· Preparing, organizing & delivering staff inductions
· Organizing and implementing staff training and development plans
· Responsible for coordinating new store openings including order entry and follow up, customer order entry and specific data entry
· Works with the Brand Management and Store Development team to resolve any product and/or fixture requests at the store level
· Utilizes customer service skills to assist in the handling of customer questions and issues as well as solving operational problems
· Manages customer complaints on products and takes appropriate action to address the concerns to ensure client's satisfaction within brand and company guidelines
Qualifications:
· Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalent.
· At least 3 year(s) experience in the same capacity in providing significant contributions in sales, merchandising standards and store operations preferably in fashion retail industry.
· Has strong leadership capabilities to bring his/her team to meet business objectives.
· Required skill(s): Leadership Abilities, Store Management, Customer Service, Analytical Skills.
· 1 Full-Time position available
