The Role
As a Retail Analyst, you are responsible for working with non-lending business units to research business problems, participate in analytical studies with the goal of improving business outcomes, and provide support for bank-wide campaigns.
How you'll contribute
Participates in ad-hoc analytical studies to grow the non-lending business of the bank
Able to determine the primary revenue and cost drivers of a business and make recommendations to improve campaign performance
Comfortable working with large amounts of data across multiple databases and sources
Able to perform data ingestion, cleansing, transformation, and analysis
Works with the funding and segmentation analytics head and business heads to help define business problems
Coordinates with various units in the Bank to gain a better understanding of both front and back-end processes
Liaises with product teams to have a better understanding of the arrays of product offerings of the organization and drive value-added data-driven insights
What we're looking for
Bachelor's degree in Mathematics/Statistics, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking
At least 3 years of data and statistical analysis experience
Knowledge of basic statistical analyses; Knowledge in any of the following programming languages (SAS, R, Python, and other data analytics tool)
Data storytelling skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, good interpersonal and communication skills
