Job Description
Prepare and cook dishes and desserts.
Control stock and inspect deliveries. Maintain food safety and hygiene standards.
Supervise kitchen staff to make sure food is of high quality, presented well and served on time.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 3 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management or similar fields.
