Key Responsibilities:

Customer Service: Address guest concerns promptly and ensure satisfaction at every stage of their visit.
Inventory Management: Manage stock levels, order supplies, and minimize wastage to control costs.
Policy Compliance: Enforce company policies, including the cellphone usage policy, workplace etiquette, and safety guidelines.
Reporting: Provide updates to management and suggest improvements for operational efficiency.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in restaurant supervision or management (minimum 1-2 years).
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Flexibility to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays.
Familiarity with food safety and hygiene standards.
