Duties and Responsibilities
Will be in charge of store operations
Ensure all store team members are presentable and ready for day-to-day operations
Proper delegation of work responsibilities
Ensure proper maintenance of all store equipment
Achieves Store Sales targets, Sales Growth targets and Profitability.
Leads the team to create sales building strategies, operational effectiveness and organizational management.
Supervises and ensures that Team Leaders and Store Crews perform the highest standards in customer service, food quality and store cleanliness.
Leads in building store/brand awareness through community relations and customer engagement initiatives.
Adheres to Store operating systems, food safety standards, government regulatory requirements and Company's policy and procedures.
Prepares Store periodic reports, operations budget and reviews monthly store P&L.
Audits daily sales reports vs sales collection including bank deposits.
Maintains professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
Performs other tasks as directed by management.
Qualifications:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/ College Degree, Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
Ability to commute/relocate: Makati: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
