Description
BRETTO'S is a delicatessen store with in-house restaurant/coffee shop. We have 3 shop locations (Angeles, Clark and Olongapo) and 30 employees. Our main branch is in Angeles City, Pampanga. Here we do all food-production for our branches and wholesale activities (Butchery, Bakery and Kitchen). In Clark we just opened our new office to expand our online and wholesale activities. We have recently taken the business online and are looking to expand our delivery service. We are a small team of out- and self-going individuals with each our skills and responsibilities.
Job Description:
We are looking for 2 Store Supervisors to our stores in Angeles City and Clark who can manage a small team of both shop and restaurant. As a store supervisor you are responsible for the daily operation of the store and restaurant. Your job contains all you can think off in the store; from cleanness to presentation, to motivating the employees and stock inventory. Your main target is to increase the customer experience and meet your sales targets with your shop-team. You are the link between the store and the Management of Bretto's. You will report to the General Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and organize staff in both deli and restaurant
• Schedule planning
• Ordering supplies and overseeing stock levels
• Promoting and market the business
Requirements:
• You are service minded and hardworking
• You are organized and structured
• You have leadership qualities
• You are a team player
• College/ Bachelor degree
• 2+years experience as supervisor in retail or restaurant
