Maintaining safety and food quality standards

Appraising staff performance and disciplining or retraining employees to correct poor performance
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 year(s) of working experience is required.
Candidates must be a Bachelor's / College Degree holder in Hospitality/Tourism Management; Others or similar fields.
Knowledge of restaurant management software.
