Job Requirements
Details:
Manages the staffing/employment function and activities. Ensures that staffing needs are met in accordance with governmental requirements.
Manages professional employees and/or supervisors or supervises large, complex technical or business support or operations team(s). Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function. Adapts departmental plans and priorities to address resource and operational challenges. Provides technical guidance to employees, colleagues and/or customers.
What Will You Do?
Accountable for the overall management of the account including external reports, performance metrics and client satisfaction. Also responsible for monitoring and coaching staff in creating positive relationship with external clients. Manages and leads the sourcing function and team
Ensures that the sourcing specialists are fully utilized and hiring service level agreements (SLAs) are met
Develop and manage SLAs with the VP and client. Conduct regular follow up meetings to determine effectiveness of sourcing plans and implementation, candidate quality and client satisfaction.
Utilize applicant tracking systems and other recruiting software to measure, track, and report the status and success of sourcing initiatives to include search progress, candidate pipeline, diversity and sourcing channel effectiveness.
Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement
Create & present monthly reviews to the client regarding the team"s productivity.
Collaborate with the external clients to review the sourcing process.
Explores the staffing best practices in the market and implement appropriate best practices in the organization
Observes the trends in sourcing especially in the use of technology and social media
Manages the career development of the sourcing team members
Manages the sourcing budget and costs
What You Need To Succeed?
Bachelor"s degree required, Master's or graduate certifications preferred. Typically requires less than 1-2 years of Management experience.
Minimum of 5 years" experience working in a recruitment management role in IT or BPO operations
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently
Proven ability to remain flexible in a changing environment
