SUMMARY OF ROLE
SunPower is seeking an experienced Account Representative who will provide a best in class customer care for internal and external customers. The Account Representative will manage SunPower Dealer's residential fleet performance and will work with internal business stakeholders to determine best practices.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Analyze Inspection Reports and provide feedback to external and internal customers for system improvements
Manage relationship with dealers, executing performance plans
Manage financials and related debits/fund transfers of cases worked
Create Biweekly reports identifying field issues and root cause
Assist with customer and dealer escalations
Provide monthly production reports to external customers
RELATED EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Minimum requirements
BA/BS Degree
Solar Technical Background.
1 -2 years of Residential Solar experience
Knowledge in the Design, Construction, Installations, Operations and Maintenance
Organizational skills needed to manage time well, prioritize effectively, and handle multiple deadlines.
Well-developed and professional interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with people at all levels of the organization, as well as outside customers and vendors
Ability to work with minimal or no supervision with a customer service focus.
Strong knowledge and use of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
OTHER PERTINENT INFORMATION
Location: ROHQ
This is an FTE position
Applicants must be willing to work in Laguna Technopark, Binan Laguna
Candidate must be legally entitled to work and reside in the Philippines
Applicants must be willing to work on a night shift schedule supporting North America region
