This role demands accuracy, technical expertise, and a customer-first approach. You'll take full ownership of the quoting process - from initial inquiry to final approval - ensuring every proposal is profitable, precise, and delivered on time.Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end quoting for residential HVAC jobs, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
Build, adjust, and finalize sales quotes using Service Titan as the primary platform.
Monitor job queues and maintain up-to-date records of quotes and communications.
Control margins and ensure profitability aligns with company targets.
Liaise directly with customers via phone and email to discuss scope, pricing, and options.
Collaborate with service and installation teams for smooth project handovers.
Uphold accuracy and consistency in all documentation and processes.
RequirementsQualifications:
Minimum 3 years of experience quoting residential HVAC systems in the Australian market (split, ducted, evaporative cooling).
Mandatory expertise in Service Titan for quoting, price book management, and margin tracking.
Strong grasp of HVAC layouts, floor plans, and technical specifications.
Excellent communication skills with a professional, customer-focused demeanor.
Ability to work during AEST/AEDT business hours.
High attention to detail and strong profitability awareness.
Bonus: Experience in remote/outsourced work and familiarity with top Australian HVAC brands (e.g., Daikin, Mitsubishi Electric, Fujitsu).
