Monitor the overall day-to-day preventative and corrective maintenance needs of the organization; provide assurance that the facility and its contents--including fixtures, plumbing, electrical, refrigeration and HVAC system--work properly, and comply with all local, and government regulations.
Provide professional/technical assistance in the construction requirements of tenants' leased space; ensure smooth facilitation of any installation and other activities related to the set-up and maintenance of said space
Facilitate the review of meter reading and computation of monthly utility consumption of tenants; correspondingly bill specific charges forward to Accounting Department for inclusion to the official billing statement; recommend utility saving initiatives as may be required
Provide prompt customer service to mall tenants and employees on building facility related concerns:
Participate in the development and implementation of approved priority/special projects relative to remodeling, alterations, and installation projects to improve overall reliability of business operation
Accomplish work documentation requirements; ensure that everything is properly recorded in an accurate and timely manner as required, inclusive of timesheets, as built information, safe work plan requirements and quality requirements.
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related course with corresponding license and certification
At least 3 years experience of related experience
