Job Responsibilities:
Supervision of Maintenance Personnel & Mechanic: Assists Engineering Manager in assigning job duties and responsibilities to maintenance personnel.
Company Vehicles : Assists in monitoring and scheduling of repair and preventive maintenance check up of all vehicles.
Warehouse Equipment & Machines : Assists in monitoring and scheduling of repair and preventive maintenance check up of all equipment & machines.
Building Maintenance :Monitoring of on going projects.
Rental Equipment :Processing of monthly rental fee of equipment and monitoring of downtime.
Special Projects :Look for or negotiate with service provider or contractor if project will be done by outside source.
Procurement of Parts, Materials and Supplies: Canvass of at least three suppliers per requirements before issuing purchase order.
Maintenance History : Keeps and regularly updates equipment maintenance and repair expenses history.
Purchase of New Equipment : Assist in canvassing of new equipment if there is a requirement.
Delivery Truck : Handles petty cash and reimbursement.
Qualifications:
Graduate of Civil, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering course. Holding a professional license is an advantage but not required.
Strong technical knowledge and experience on building management system is an advantage.
At least 3-4 years experience as maintenance supervisor or similar role.
Supervisory level with related work experience in management of assets, work order preparation and execution, inventory of supplies, preparation and implementation of preventive maintenance programs, and materials recovery.
Above average written and oral communication skills, with good command of the English language.
Proficient in using MS Word and MS Excel Spreadsheet, and capable of generating reports as required.
Willing to be assigned in provincial sites as needed.
Knowledge of work safety and health practices and regulations. Registered/Accredited Safety Officer (SO2) is an advantage.
Excellent planning and leadership abilities and performance management.
Can work under minimal supervision, independent thinker, understanding of budgeting, good analytical skills and a team player.
