We are looking for experienced Resident Engineer / Engineer's Representative with experience with Renewable Energy Projects and in particular Wind Farms and Solar Farms.
The successful applicants for this role will be adept at the following:
Ensure proper interpretation of the contract and provide technical information to the workers and other professionals assigned in the project.
Select proper construction methodologies and strategies in collaboration with engineers and other construction specialists.
Instruct and supervise construction workers and activities onsite to ensure compliance to specifications, building and safety codes, legal requirements and other regulations.
Qualifications, Skills or Experience:
Professional Engineer.
At least 15 years' of working experience in the related field is required for this position as Construction Management. Experience in wind or solar farms projects is an advantage.
Knowledge of the requirements of the Philippine authorities for construction works and permits is required.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Collaborative skills, independence, resourcefulness, resilience, initiative, and positive attitude towards work and colleagues
