The candidate will also be reporting to the Reservations Manager and working hand-in-hand with the Reservations Sales Agents.A good candidate should have at least 2 years of work experience in the same capacity and a graduate of hospitality, tourism or business management. He/she should be knowledgeable in the Opera System, excellent in oral and written communication skills, attentive to details, pleasant, highly organized, result-oriented, patient and a good team player.The Reservations Supervisor should accurately note booking requirements, amendments and/or cancellations. He/she will also process special rates, handle group bookings, deal with deposits and vouchers, and perform other relevant duties as assigned.Other standard responsibilities
