Job Description
Responsible for creating an outstanding impression of the Hotel
Responsible for handling telephone inquiries, accepting reservations and the subsequent input in the computer system
Must work closely with Front Office, Housekeeping and Sales & Marketing personnel, and in particular, Sales & Marketing, providing lead advice and constant "feedback" concerning both inquiries and firm reservations
Must promote and upsell hotel rooms to maximize the hotel's occupancy, whilst protecting the Hotel's business mix
Must maintain a professional, yet friendly business manner to all guests and client liaison, personally, in correspondence and on the telephone
Work Experience
Graduate of a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management or any related field
Minimum of one to two (1-2) years experience on the same capacity
Knowledgeable in Opera/Opera Cloud, ResaWeb or Reservations related system and MS Office Applications
Pleasing personality with effective written and oral communication skills
