RESERVATION STAFF
 
Qualifications:
Graduate of tourism, hospitality, or relevant field.
At least 1 year of experience in tourism industry.
Highly motivated and target driven.
Excellent oral and written communication skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Possess strong time-management, organizational, follow-up, rapport-building and probing skills.
Fresh graduates are welcome.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist Travel Partners with our All In Packages.
Process payments and send reservation confirmation to the clients.
Answer questions regarding package availability.
Accurately record all transaction made.
Monitor deadlines of overall package.
Submit accurate name list, room list and other necessary documents to relevant department.
Send out tour memos and e-tickets.
Ensuring compliance to all security and safety standards.
