RESERVATION OFFICER (TRAVEL & TOURISM)
 
Responsible for handling client inquiries, making travel and tour reservations, and ensuring smooth booking processes. 
 
They provide accurate information about destinations, travel options, schedules, and costs, while delivering excellent customer service to enhance the client's overall travel experience.
 
Responsibilities:
Handle inquiries and reservations for flights, hotels, tours, and other travel services.
Provide detailed information on travel packages, itineraries, visa requirements, and insurance options.
Process bookings, issue tickets, and confirm reservations with suppliers and partners.
Assist clients with changes, cancellations, and rebookings.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of travel regulations, promotions, and industry trends.
Prepare invoices, receipts, and ensure accurate records of all bookings.
Address customer concerns and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and tour operators to secure bookings and special requests.
Upsell additional travel services such as tours, transfers, and travel insurance.
Ensure excellent customer service to maintain client satisfaction and loyalty.
