DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
-Develop research work plans according to project needs
-Assists in all aspects of the development and implementation of a research program
-Manages the collection and processing of field data and ensures all components of the survey are filled, including specimen samples
-Ensure accuracy of data and time deadlines as outlined in the research survey
-Identify potential grantees and build strong relationships with them
-Develop grant proposals and assist in grant completion and submission processes.
-Perform day-to-day supervision of research staffs for assigned projects.
-Act as primary contact for research team for any questions and concerns.
-Attend meetings to share new ideas and discuss about issues.
-Assist in employee recruitment, orientation, training, performance evaluation, promotion and retention activities.
-Assist in maintenance of research database and company website.
-Coordinate with management in budget preparation and expense control activities.
-Review financial reports, perform invoice processing and approve expenditures.
-Analyze and resolve research issues in a timely and accurate manner.
QUALIFICATIONS
-Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Chemistry, Biology or relevant field
-With at least 2-3 years of proven work experience as a Researcher, or similar role
-Experience with specialized software or datasets
-Has knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices and procedures within a particular field
-Has an excellent Analytical Skills is required
-Ability to work alone and as part of a large research team
-Must have a keen eye for detail and organization
-Desire to perform accurate and ethical research to achieve results for the study
-Ability to negotiate and openness to learning new ways of performing research
