RESEARCH DEVELOPMENT SUPERVISOR
 
RD Supervisor is responsible for coordinating research activities, overseeing experiments, and supporting the team's goals. The role involves applying established scientific and mathematical techniques to compile and analyze data and subsequently, writing detailed technical reports.
 
Competency Requirements:
College Graduate in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, and Physical Science or in any related field.
With knowledge and practical experience in the field of Research and Development.
Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, including the use of scientific and mathematical techniques.
Ability to apply research techniques, methodology and logical critical analysis
Excellent in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and skilled in technical documentation.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately
Demonstrates a strong sense of creativity to facilitate the generation of innovative product ideas and the creative resolution of challenges.
Exhibits a positive and proactive working attitude, demonstrating a systematic approach to tasks, adaptability, and a results-driven mindset.
Displays a keen attention to detail and the ability to work effectively under pressure with minimal supervision.
Preferred: 1-2 years of experience in a research and development role.

Job Descriptions:
Collaborate closely with the RD Jr, Manager in the development and implementation of research programs. Ensure the seamless coordination of research activities.
Coordinate the development of research programs, incorporating the latest advancements in the field to enhance existing products and explore the potential of new products.
Take charge of research program progress, experiments, and testing to ensure that they align with established timelines and objectives.
Establish and maintain testing procedures for materials and products, including raw materials, process materials, and finished products, to uphold our quality standards.
Assist in evaluating cost analysis for various research endeavors, contributing valuable insights to decision-making processes.
Conduct experiments and rigorous data analysis, applying scientific and mathematical techniques, and assist in interpreting results to inform research direction.
Assist in documentation and reporting efforts. This includes compiling research data, summarizing procedures, and contributing to technical reports to facilitate effective communication of research outcomes.
Follow safety standards and protocols to the letter, ensuring the safe handling of materials and the proper use of protective equipment.
Ensures that all documents are consistently updated to reflect the latest research findings and developments. This includes actively working to keep records current and accurate, facilitating efficient access to information, and contributing to technical reports that reflect the most up-to-date research outcomes.
