Description:
Load product research and development efforts
Building samples by following given formulas or by creating new products
Managing sample materials from vendors and customers
Ensure new products are within specifications & regulations
Managing relationship with supplier to source and select appropriate materials
Coordinates innovation process & maintain product development timelines
Evaluate new ingredients, materials, products and processes
Applies scientific principles in research & development and production technology
Other performed duties assigned
Requirements:
Should have a Bachelor of Science with degree in Food Sciences Chemistry or Food / Agricultural / Biological Engineering or any equivalent field study;
Preferably with 3 to 5 years experience in Research & Development of food or related industry;
Understands all aspects of relevant and current plant SOP's and appropriate FDA guidelines;
Strong knowledge and experience in ingredient reseach and natural products network;
Must be innovative, detailed and achievement oriented'

Salary: ₱35000 - ₱50000
