Annual and Performance Based Salary Increase Additional Leave Credits Duties & Responsibilities Conduct in-depth research on the latest advancements in the industry relevant to our company's focus areas. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and shape the technical vision for new projects and initiatives. Design and develop software applications from scratch that enhance surveillance capabilities, threat detection, and incident response. Lead the design of software systems, ensuring scalability, security, and maintainability. Evaluate software technologies, tools, and frameworks to optimize development processes. Actively participate in brainstorming sessions, providing technical insights, and proposing innovative solutions. Implementing algorithms and models for video analytics, pattern recognition, and anomaly detection Work closely with product managers to align development efforts with business goals and market needs. Conduct proof-of-concept projects to validate the feasibility of new ideas and technologies. Provide technical expertise to support the integration of security features into existing products. Stay informed about industry best practices and incorporate them into the development workflow. Mentor junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence. Qualifications Graduates of Bachelors Degree in any of the following courses - Information Technology, Computer, Engineering and Business. Knowledgeable in Object Oriented Programming (OOP) and different software design patterns. Exposure to different technologies or concepts such as functional programming, domain specific languages, C#, and .NET. Experience in Microservice technologies such as Docker, Service Bus, API gateway, distributed caching, etc. Expert in developing software in a multiprocessing/multi-threaded environment. Practical experience working in an agile development environment. Experience in Web Development using ReactJS, Angular 2, Typescript/JavaScript, HTML5, CSS. Experience with cloud-based technologies such as Microsoft Azure, AWS. Experience with Microsoft SQL Server. Extensive experience in software development with a focus on research and development. Proficient in multiple programming languages, such as C#, .NET and its framework with a strong emphasis on technology stacks relevant to our industry. Deep understanding of software architecture, cloud technologies, and distributed systems. Strong problem-solving skills, creative thinking, and the ability to adapt to evolving challenges. Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in fast-paced, iterative development environments. Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and communicate security concepts to technical, non-technical stakeholders. Willing to work in Ortigas Center, Pasig City.
