Description
Under the supervision of the Executive Director of the Center, the Research Associate is expected to contribute to the Center's activities and deliverables in line with its agenda to promote the program. Notably, this includes providing research assistance and technical support on projects, including those identified under the Center's policy research and technical assistance agenda.
Qualifications
Working towards or has a graduate degree in a Social Science-related field
Previous qualitative research experience is an advantage
Must have an appreciation and understanding of current development issues
Experience in conducting events such as webinars, conferences, training programs, etc. is an advantage
Can efficiently handle and deliver output under pressure and with minimum supervision
Has excellent oral and written communication skills in English
Has good organizational skills, can efficiently multi-task, has excellent attention to detail, and can contribute to team research processes
