What this job involves:
Database management - data gathering and data analysis.
Report writing and presentations.
Identifies tenants and principal contacts in commercial, residential and retail developments.
Participates in related and if needed, out of town property site inspections.
Assists and provides support to large-scale projects of the Research and Consulting Services.
Clerical work and other support functions.

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Economics, Finance, Mathematics and Statistics
Post Graduate Studies preferred
At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Property/Real Estate or equivalent.
Proficient in technical writing and command of English language
Knowledgeable in the preparation of valuation models, and cash flow models
Knowledgeable in MS Office programs, forecasting and design software
Full-Time position(s) available.
