Qualifications:
 Must have at least (3) years' experience in food industry as Research and Development
 Must be a college graduate (BS Food Technology, BS Biology, BS Chemistry, BS Nutrition, BS Industrial Engineering or HRM)
Job Responsibilities:
- To supervise/guide the Research and Development Team (Production) with product development and improvement and all related work required by the management
- To conduct, guide and supervise product development and improvement with the R&D Specialists
- With direct supervision by the R&D Manager, helps in conceptualization/exploration of creative process, creation of new products and development of existing products
- Facilitates communication between the Documentation Section and Production Section of the R&D Department
- To assist in product and process improvement
- Conducts and supervise product application trials for new materials and process design
- Assists/supports in regular validation of existing and on-going development of product process
- Identification and recommendation for improvements as part of the Team within or outside the department for continuous improvement
- Understands, supports and complies with the responsibilities outlined by LRN Philippines, Inc. policies and procedures
- Overseas with the implementation of process and controls to ensure compliance with the standard operational procedures
- Responsible for checking and monitoring of progress and controls to ensure compliance with the standard operational procedures
- Responsible for checking and monitoring of progress of new products and process
- Checks and verify product specifications and standards
