Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Works on developing new and modifying existing products and processes
Basic knowledge of food manufacturing and product formulation
Establish product specification and manufacturing procedure for new product
Conducts product shelf-life study and sensory evaluation accelerated test
Research and development documentation, government regulatory, current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP) and Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP)
Knowledge in Physio-chemical analysis is an advantage
QUALIFICATION:
Candidates must possess atleast Bachelor’s Degree in Food Technology, Chemical Engineering, Chemistry or any related course
Atleast 1-2 year/s work experience in Research and Development
Experience in a Food Manufacturing company will be an advantage
Must be willing to work in Parañaque City
