DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
• Respond to production service requests.
• Monitor application performance and respond to incident or event.
• Perform routine maintenance and support activities.
• Learn new technologies and products in a short span of time.
• Adapt to new environment and provide efficient support.
• Work with programmers, architects and other support teams to ensure that application components meet production support goals.
• Maintain and update all production related technical, support and knowledge documents regularly.
• Communicate application issues to key stakeholders, management, development team, end users and service desk.
• Participate in maintenance activities necessary for application performance.
• Manage triage and lead application support.
• Provide timely Incident Report with Root Cause Analysis.
• Accurate provision of various daily financial transaction reports.
