Scoping of the customer's manual process to be applied in the Add-On development programs
Produce an efficient design, database structure and process flow
Build applications integrated to SAP business one for Android, Form based and Web based platform
Initial testing of Add-Ons before proceeding to QA
Troubleshooting of programs integrated to SAP
Documentation of the data mapping, process flow and requirements
Train, coach, and mentor customers on the effective use of software / program
Provide ongoing customer maintenance and support
Develop and maintain expert knowledge of SAP Business One
Provide onsite or offsite Technical Support to clients
Conspire with different teams to accomplish project goals
Other related tasks as may be required by the management, immediate superior and
client
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or equivalent
At least 1 year of working experience in any standard ERP product is ideal but is not required
Excellent knowledge on asp.net, VB 6, Visual Studio.net, PHP, Dreamweaver
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to conduct user training
Willingness to travel or be relocated is an advantage
