Research and Development assistantAsia Integrated Machine Inc.

1. Develop new product recipe or match existing competitor products and submit results to
General Manager/R&D Manager for evaluation.2. Sourcing of new raw ingredients equipment or machinery for R&D project.3.
In-charge of the product development projects initiated by a request from the Sales Department.4.
Prepares sample request by client.5. Will
do researching and improve current products, develop new products and expansion of product ranges to meet the Company's target within the time frame.6. Works
with outside suppliers for alternate ingredients and processes that could benefit the product either through quality improvement or cost reduction.7. Facilitates
transition of new products from laboratory to production through batch trial run.8. Analyze
current procedures and data and constantly look for more effective and efficient ways of doing things.9. Prepares
prototype product samples for submission to prospective customers for evaluation and approval.10. Performs
other duties and responsibilities that may be required of from time to time by the immediate superior/department and/or the management.
