Manage & closely monitor the performance of enterprise data warehouse through coordination with key stakeholders such as IT and identified business units (customized data) and effective data management/warehousing methods

5. Qualitative Analyst
Responsible in the overall implementation of researches/studies following the set objectives methodology and timeline.
Analyszes multi-program/genre trends, consumer needs/psyche and their implications to the business.
6. Customer Insights Jr. Analyst
Responsible for gathering accurate, credible data and information, and summarizing their findings for insighting purposes
Assists the CI Lead in preparing consumer insights/analysis and summaries for internal teams and major stakeholders.
7. Customer Insights Lead
Primarily responsible for the collection, synthesis, and aggregation of insights for decision making.
Analyzes customer/viewer data and research and prepares reports on market trends, patterns and consumer insights for major stakeholders.

Must have knowledge in statistical methods such as forecasting, predictive modelling, clustering, machine learning, etc.
