As part of the RingCentral Marketing team, you will help plan, coordinate, implement, and lead all aspects of the ways we share RingCentral's message with the world. You'll use data, technology, and creativity to target, communicate, measure, and adjust with precision- and share the story of a new, reimagined age of business communication with the audiences who want to hear it most.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
Provides support for the sales and marketing function through research and analysis of the company's prospect accounts and leads.
Verifies information on key leads and updates information on SFDC based on research findings.
Continuously supervises and updates research output as vital.
Research output includes SFDC data verification and updates, individual research insights, and basic company profiles.
Special projects may be assigned as vital.
Qualifications:
BS degree in Business or a related degree program
Deep interest in researching and reading business reports, understanding industries, and companies
Crucial to have a keen eye for business
Able to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Essential to be flexible in terms of types of research work and project assignments
Vital to have excellent written and oral communication skills
Amenable to work on possibly night or mid-shift schedule
