We are looking for a Research Analyst to look for alternative suppliers of existing products for a signage manufacturing company based in New Zealand servicing the Energy sector.
Key Responsibilities
To collate and organise leads from resources
To confirm contacts, details, and enquiry quality of suppliers
To qualify all leads against set qualification criteria communicating with prospects and turn into live opportunities, entering details onto ACT.
To collect and analyse data on customer demographics, preferences, needs, and buying habits to identify potential markets and factors affecting product demand.
To conduct research on customer opinions and Marketing strategies, collaborating with the Marketing team and other professionals
To support the Sales team with project research and product sample presentation, as required.
To monitor industry statistics and follow trends in trade literature.

Position Requirements
B2B experience or experience in dealing with suppliers
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to apply innovative solutions
Highly proficient technical ability with MS Office Suite and other software tools
An understanding of the high importance of confidentially and how that impacts our clients and staff.
Excellent time management skills, with the ability to multitask and operate within a fast-paced, multifaceted environment.
High attention to detail, with an intrinsic drive to strive to always improve, achieve the highest quality of output and never settle for average.
