Job description:
The Research Analyst conducts researches and analyzes prospective client data to assist with all leads
for business development activities. Leasing support for clients - this includes website research,
workflow management updates, CRM upgrade project and maintenance, and other ad hoc duties as
directed.

Key Responsibilities:
Researching prospective clients
Ability to consistently monitor updates on targeted businesses in the media and property market
Compiling details as required and entering into database
Updating and managing workflow
Assist team in upgrade project
Managing incoming emails and updating CRM/ actioning workflow without direction
Stock-managing inbound site options and segmenting into categories
Updating database and matching client briefs
Special projects
Updates to market briefs and mailouts to captured database
Seek and collate data from property portals including etc
Compilation of long lists of potential sites for clients
Assisting with preparing offers
Supporting Principal and wider team

Job Requirement:
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft suite of products including: Sharepoint, Dynamics, Office 365
Strong analytical skills
