About the role:
The RSM Support Specialist is responsible for providing support towards the fulfillment of RSM's strategy and execution of its programs.
The role reports to the RSM Manager under the Corporate Services Group.
The role is based in Taguig City, NCR.
Responsibilities:
Create strategies for stakeholder relationship management for the BU.
Administer the stakeholder management system of the BU and monitor its performance.
Initiate activities that build, protect, and recover the reputation of Coal BU and company.
Ensure that local grievances and concerns from various stakeholders are properly addressed.
Administer RSM's performance management platforms and provide data analytics.
Organize perception surveys or research to gain stakeholder insights.
Coordinate with various departments in gathering data pertaining to Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives for the Coal BU.
Prepare and monitor RSM related expenses specific to job function.
Conform to the company's Quality, Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety, Asset Management, Energy Management, Business Continuity Management System and Information Security Management Systems policies, standards, procedures, and guidelines.
Report Environmental and Occupational Health and Safety events or incidents or other security risks to the organization or committees-in-charge.
Protect information assets from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, destruction, or interference in accordance with ISMS policies.
Perform other related duties and responsibilities that may be assigned by the TL.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Graduate of a Bachelor's degree preferably Mass Communications, Community Development, or Marketing.
At least 1 year of relevant experience in public and community relations, project management, data management, desktop publishing and video editing software, and basic photography.
Excellent written and visual communication skills.
No licenses or certifications required.
