Reports & Operations Analyst - Associates
The Reports & Operations Analyst works in preparing and examining reporting related to work completed by Lendi Group Associates and its support services. This includes but is not limited to creation of recurring reports, completion of audits and administration, adhoc report generation and analysis to support or disprove business hypothesis, and constantly seeking insights from available data and making proactive recommendations based on these insights.
The Reports & Operations Analyst will be working closely with Lendi Groups Associate team, which is a critical layer to the success of the Distribution function of the business. You will be providing analytical insights and feedback to the management team that will help them in delivering process improvements and increased commercial outcomes.
Responsibilities
Review and analyze current operation processes, and find opportunities for improvement
Prepare process documents and channel performance summaries for distribution to multiple stakeholders within the Lendi Group
Communicate with relevant stakeholders such as managers, graduate training managers, and Broker Liaison to understand and document business issues and requirements
Introduce best practices, emerging trends, and new technologies to the business
Act as the subject matter expert of Lendi's home loan processes
Assist with completing report requests via the ticketing system
Build and automate reporting for Associates, Associate Support, and Management team.
Assist associates and sales managers with platform or Salesforce issues which will require lodging tickets via Helpdesk.
Critically evaluate information and processes gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details
Completing various audits on a regular basis to ensure quality and compliance is maintained
Providing insights and feedback to management team to continuously improve performance and processes.
Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in business administration/Finance/Management, a related course of study, or relevant experience
Experience with Salesforce is preferred.
An in-depth experience in using Microsoft Office.
Possess strong analytical skills, particularly in relation to process, data, and system analysis with strong attention to detail
Must have excellent communication skills (oral & written)
Has a highly structured approach to work projects
A self-starter and capable of demonstrating an independent workload, self-management attitude but is a team player
A thirst for learning and a strong desire to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing technological environment.
Project management skills are a bonus
Knowledge of Tableau is a bonus
