Position Overview:
The Report Analyst is responsible for collecting, analyzing and translating data into actionable insights in the form of data visualizations, charts and dashboard reports to effectively communicate to stakeholders. This position will directly report to the COO. Training and continual development will be administered by both the COO plus the Analyst and Project Manager.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Analyze data
Data entry
Site audits and thorough documentation
Research competitors and report findings to the COO
Daily, weekly and monthly reporting of data
Monitor pacing across the lodging sector of the company
Job Requirements:
5+ years in data analysis, management and organization
5+ years experience in data analysis, management, organization and business development.
Able to provide portfolio/previous works
MS Office Proficient
G-Suite Proficient
Familiar with modern database and information system technologies
Excellent typing skills
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment
Confident communicator
Ability to contribute individually without daily guidance
Ability to complete milestones and work toward deadlines
Daily reporting cadence met with report submitted to management team at the end of each day worked- metrics will be laid out prior
Major ability to document
Work Arrangement:
Fully onsite in the first 3-6 months, may be allowed to work at home depending on productivity and performance
10AM to 7PM CST
