About the Company
Open Access has been providing business process and call center outsourcing solutions to a host of international clients since 2006. OA is experienced in designing, implementing and managing critical business processes and call center solutions for clients around the world from its Makati, Philippine operations centers.
The Reports Analyst will work directly with our Data Management Team and be responsible for creating and analyzing reports that are required by the business on a daily/weekly/monthly basis. You should be able to create and maintain clear and concise reports that will help guide decisions on scheduling and capacity planning, as well as show how the team is performing at any given day/week/month interval. You need to really love reports, like a lot.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Collecting source data for reports
• Creating data templates and trackers for whatever is needed by the team
• Maintaining scorecards and dashboards
• Processing and tracking employee movements both internally and externally
• Preparing monthly/weekly/monthly/quarterly business reviews
• Preparing ad-hoc reports requests by operations team and client partners
QUALIFICATIONS:
• BS Math course or related courses are welcome to apply
• Minimum 2 years work experience in handling business reports, data analysis, and reports automation
• High level of understanding of Zendesk or other email platforms
• Ability to create email capacity planning and scheduling
• Excellent proficiency and a love for MS Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint and Google Docs/Sheets/Slides
• Proficient in using Microsoft Excel as primary tool (e.g. reverse-engineering complex formulas, creating system, pivot tables, reporting and conversion)
• Strong mathematical, analytical and multitasking skills
• Must be very detail-oriented and organized
• Can work under pressure with tight timelines and a shifting schedule
