REPORTING & INSIGHTS LEAD: TALENT ACADEMY
(SUPERVISOR/MANAGER GRADE)
POSITION/ROLE SUMMARY
The Reporting & Insights Lead will be responsible for conceptualizing, building, and deploying the reporting and analytics infrastructure of the company's Talent Academy. This will involve monitoring and providing actionable insights on the different KPIs of talent acquisition, talent development, performance management and talent retention.
REPORTING
The position will report to the Chief Talent Officer through the Talent Academy Chief of Staff.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Work closely with project lead and stakeholders to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying outliers and exceptions, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
Proactively process and analyze quantitative and qualitative data to answer key questions from stakeholders, or out of self-initiated curiosity, and communicate areas for improvement in efficiency and productivity
Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations / dashboards through data interpretation and analysis, integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
Define and implement data acquisition and integration logic, selecting appropriate combination of methods and tools within defined technology stack to ensure optimal scalability and performance of the solution
Build repetitive workflows to transform complex data into usable format while maintaining the integrity of data
Identify automation opportunities and implement workflows
QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS
Education Background
Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Data Science, Business or related course
HR-related post graduate studies/qualification desirable
Essential Requirements
At least 4-5 years' experience working in building reporting and dashboarding capabilities
At least 1 year experience in handling teams or in leading large-scale, complex projects
Advanced skills in Google suite application and Microsoft Office Tools, particularly in Excel and VBA
Experience in data management, analysis, and data storytelling
Preferred Experience
Exposure / experience in HR-related performance measurement
Knowledge / experience in applying agile methodologies in quantitative and qualitative data analysis
Applicable experience in the usage of:
Data visualization tools (i.e. Tableau, PowerBI)
Programming languages (i.e. Python, R)
Other Capabilities

Ability to communicate compelling insights and influence stakeholders at the C-level
