Job Description
Our Operational Risk Central team, primarily based in Manila, works with a wide range of stakeholders to provide data management and analytics support for group-wide reporting and platforms, data quality management and monitoring.

What role will you play
You will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in line with the team's data and reporting strategy including working with senior stakeholders to assess data usages to capture important data elements within Operational Risk. You will also play a key role in driving strategic initiatives within the organisation to support the Group to make better decisions using data.
What you offer
Strong business analysis skills, with high attention to detail
Ability to work in an agile work environment with multiple priorities and stakeholders
Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Previous experience developing and implementing strategic initiatives such as reporting best practice or KRI development
Experience in data visualisation tooling - e.g. Power BI or Tableau.

About the Risk Management Group
In our Risk Management Group, you will be part of an independent, and centralised function, responsible for independent and objective review and challenge, oversight, monitoring and reporting in relation to Macquarie's material risks. Our divisions include behavioural risk, compliance, credit, financial crime risk, internal audit, market risk, operational risk and governance, prudential risk, and Risk Management Group central.
