Job Description
Manage Monthly Client Contract Data (including churn and expansion)
Manage hour tracking by engagement of budgeted versus actual hours
Assist in developing and maintaining report of monthly profit margin by client
Provide administrative support in developing client Engagement Letters
Updating and maintaining client records in Hubspot and other software programs
Create Ad-hoc reports to support Client Experience projects
Act as a liaison between the Finance and Service Teams regarding client status
Maintain records of client engagement letters and communications with CX Team
Requirements
Requirements:
Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
Bachelor's degree
Experience in reports creation and management
Advanced Excel skills
Excellent communication skills
Hubspot experience is a plus
Netsuite and OpenAir experience is a plus
