We're looking for IT Graduates with SQL experience!
Successful Candidates will be employed directly by MedRisk Philippines, Inc. (https://www.medrisknet.com/) and Genfinity Philippines will be facilitating this process.
MedRisk, Inc. -- a leading provider of managed physical medicine in the United States -- has set up their first Philippine office in Mandaluyong. They are continuously expanding their services, and they need experienced Report Analyst to be part of their team!
The Report Analyst is responsible for taking business requirements and requests and translating them into reports.
The role also brings technical expertise to ensure quality and accuracy of reported data and present in ways that can help the business stakeholders make better decisions.
PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Effectively communicate with business users and executives to gather reporting requirements
Translate requirements into SQL
Develop, implement and support reports
Rapidly develop SQL and present data based on loose specifications to support executive decision making process
Develop and adhere to development standards concerning SQL querying and SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
Develop reusable stored procedures, reports and information delivery mechanisms
Develop digital dashboards, executive information systems and information delivery websites, reports, etc. including small programs to systematically run large volumes of the same report
Gathering, prepping and loading data into warehouse and other repositories for future reporting
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in related courses (eg but not limited to; Computer Science, Accounting, Statistics, Economics etc.)
3-4 years of related working experience
Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Excel and other MS Office programs
2-4 years SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) development
2-4 years of T-SQL query writing
Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and working knowledge of MDX
Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Time management skills in order to meet set deadlines
Strong organizational skills required with keen attention to details
Experience in healthcare industry and worker's compensation is a plus
Willing to work any assigned shift during a work week in Mandaluyong City
