JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Accurate and on-time repair of including but not limited to Traditional and Android POS terminals, peripherals and other electronic devices.
2. Regularly performs preliminary evaluation and diagnosis upon receipt of Traditional and Android POS terminals, peripherals and other electronic devices from Inventory Management.
3. Accurately prepares and timely submission of daily accomplishment report and all other relevant reports.
4. Repair of Android and Traditional Terminal
5.  Mastery of the following skills:
·   Familiarization of POS terminals, its peripherals, and application matrix;
·    Ability to identify and analyze the problems being encountered by various POS terminals and execute corresponding actions and solutions;
·    Ability to repair all defective POS terminals, its peripherals and other electronic devices;
·    Ability to fabricate and produce quality and working downloading cable;
·    Ability to prepare quality POS terminals and peripherals intended for installation and replacement;
6.  Will actively provide quality assistance & services to Inventory Management, POS Preparation, QA and Field Technician Services as needed.
