Position: Remote Personal Assistant
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 5 am-1 pm EST/6 PM to 2 AM PH Time
Salary Range: 800- 1200 USD
About the job:
They are currently seeking a Remote Personal Assistant who can work full-time and help manage emails, CRM data entry, and resolve vendor issues and other tasks assigned.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage and triage every email
Book travel & appointments
Schedule meetings
Attend meetings and take notes
Maintain a CRM of close contacts and relevant updates
Handle admin & life errands that are time-sensitive
Do data entry or research when needed
Research vendors, gifts, or service providers
Requirements
Requirements:
Proficient English speaker (comfortable talking, writing, reading)
2+ Years of experience working remotely as a Virtual Assistant for a business owner or CEO who lives in the USA.
Strong at using Slack, iMessage, Gmail, & Google Calendar
