MedSpecialized, Inc. is looking for a Remote Payroll Associate!
General Description: The Remote Payroll Associate maintains payroll information by gathering, calculating, recording, and retrieving data as needed from the payroll system. The Remote Payroll Associate updates exemptions, insurance coverage, savings deductions, job title, and department/division transfers to update payroll data.
Work Schedule and Arrangement: Gliding shift, 9:00 PM - 6:00 AM; Office-based Setup
Office Location: 8th floor Skyrise 4B Building, IT Park, Lahug, Cebu City, Cebu
Responsibilities:
Maintaining customer current accounts
Processing payments and assure timely follow up
Investigate history of account and current status of clients
Reach out to clients via calls to remind them of their outstanding balances
Create accounting/billing reports in QuickBooks.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Business, or Finance
Experience as an HR Generalist is a plus!
Prefers to work on a graveyard shift since clients are not based in the Philippines
Knowledge in QuickBooks, running aging reports, and basic customer service
Good English communication skills
Knowledge in payroll
Knowledge in compensation and benefits
Must be willing to work in and relocate to Cebu
Time management, data entry management, and general math skills
Salary and monetary benefits (in PHP):
Monthly salary of 20,000 - 25,000
New hire bonus of 5,000
Monthly risk allowance of 2,000
