We are hiring a Remote Sales Leasing Agent to join our team and make a positive impact on future residents!

Responsibilities
Interact remotely with prospects via phone, email, and video conversations.
Receive all telephone calls and online communications.
Listen to resident requests, concerns and comments.
Demonstrate ability to diffuse and respond to customer concerns to avoid escalation of the problem. Ensure proper follow-up occurs.
Handle Social Media inquiries, messages and complaints.
Schedule apartment tours and plot them on respective Leasing Agent's calendars.
Create consolidated report of all incoming rental leads from different rental platforms.
Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to community team.
Requirements
Must be available to work standard U.S. business hours, typically working Monday - Friday for an 8-9 hour shift sometime between 6am - 10pm (CST).
Impeccable communication skills in English.
2+ years of experience in customer service.
2+ years of experience in multi-family housing leasing preferred
2+ years of experience in sales is preferred
High school diploma/GED or equivalent required (Associate degree or higher preferred)
Excellent problem solving and communication skills
Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as work cohesively within a team with great attention to detail and accurateness
