Remote Assistant Accountant
The desired candidate shall be equiped with intermediate level of Quickbook and excel skill. Five years above accounting experience is expected with can do attitude and be a fast learner.
The below task will be performed,
Supporting senior accountants and the finance team by daily checking three gmail accounts and look aftercustomer feedback
Routine book-keeping, including checking hard copy invoices with excel entries
weekly bank reconciliation
Weekly Age debtor reports preparation
generic payroll reports preparation and upload and download
other adhoc tasks
We will provide full training in first three months.
The candidate will be working remotely.
