JOB DESCRIPTION:
Develops and manages a responsible and comprehensive remittance management system which integrates appropriate principles and standards, auditing standards, statutory accounting requirements and agency fiscal policies and procedures.
Ensures that guidelines and policies around cash processes are adequate and effective, and that such policies prevent significant errors in cash balance calculation.
Verifies and oversees remittance transactions to ensure the accounting system reflects the correct transaction.
Oversees and manages operational matters, such as inward/outward remittance.
Product management in remittance processing.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Required skill(s): product management and development, remittance operations, agile, project management, digital payment.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in remittance and project/product management.
Familiar with banking operations and related policies, legal and regulatory requirements
Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in IT/Computer - Software or equivalent.
